My Healthiest Life's 'Best of the Best' List

One of our main goals here at My Healthiest Life is to gather for you, the reader, a list of the absolute best in 100% all natural products. We know how utterly confusing and overwhelming it can be to go into your local grocery store, or health food store and sift through the different products not knowing which ones are really high quality and natural. You really can't assume, just because a product says "All Natural" or "Organic" or "Healthy" or "Heart Healthy" or "Good For You" or any number of other marketing slogans, that it is really a product that is good for you. After all what may be good for the goose, isn't necessarily good for the gander. Some products will say 'Organic' yet still be loaded with different types of sugars and soy isolates or barley malts, just as an example.

We separate the good products from the bad in the 'All Natural Product' world. It is easy to be fooled by glossy marketing campaigns and 'independent research studies' and to be swayed into trying the newest, latest, greatest supplement or product. We want to keep it simple for you. You can trust us to do our homework, and weed out the less than stellar products. If a product has made it to our 'Best of the Best' list, then you can rest assured that it has been well researched, reviewed, tested, tried and then approved for your standards.

What are our qualifications for 'Best of the Best'?
We look for products that are truly what they claim to be. If the label says 100% natural, then we want to make sure it is 100% natural. We know that labels should have a short list of ingredients and when the ingredient list starts getting really long, with a bunch of words none of us can pronounce, then that product is probably not going to make our list. Not that it automatically disqualifies it entirely, however it's usually a giveaway that it's not going to meet our standards. For example, lotions are one of the most difficult products to review. People have all different types of skin and what might be super oily for one skin might be just perfect for another. But lotions are some of the most guilty with their fancy use of labels and descriptions, often deceiving the buyer into thinking that the product is healthy. When in fact, very often they are still including all sorts of dangerous ingredients. Just look on our list of dangerous ingredients to avoid when buying a skin care product.

Needless to say, these are some of the qualifications for making the 'Best of the Best' list. If you know of a product that you think is worthy of our 'Best of the Best' seal of approval, just email us or video mail us and let us know! We would love to test it out! If you see our 'Best of the Best' Seal of Approval, you know it's truly an all natural product!
